Managers using bullying tack ticks - Dominos pizza sheffield
I work for sheffield dominos which is franchised by sk group since working for them i was only part time since being their a couple of months i have seen the store manager use staff as if they are his slaves especially the female workers i have seen him say to them if you don't do this then you will not be getting any shifts or when somebody queries their job role and asks for their contract they just cut their hours and get rid off them, we recently had about 30 drivers but now we are down to about 7 and all of us have to work unsociable hours not knowing when we are coming or going we have to take deliveries which sometimes are about 5 miles each way from the store, the manager kartik is not professional he shouts at staff abuses them doesnt listen to anyone i have had enough of this and thats why i want everyone to know that dominos sheffield ( west street)
